Jack Miller is the founder and President of Gelt Financial. Since he started the company in 1989, Gelt Financial has provided over $1 billion of capital and funded over 10,000 transactions.
Jack has been a lifelong real estate investor, amassing a nationwide portfolio of commercial and residential properties including office buildings, shopping centers, and apartment communities. Jack is also the founder of GFCIB and Advisors, LLC, an advisory firm focused on bankruptcy workouts, where he has represented clients in over 75 bankruptcy proceedings.
Jack is the founder and Chairman of the Gelt Charitable Foundation, which focuses on mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Since 2020, the foundation has performed over 200 workshops, attended by over 5,000 people.

Noah Miller is the Vice President of Gelt Financial, a leading real estate investment firm providing debt and equity to commercial real estate owners across the U.S. From first mortgage debt and mezzanine financing to joint venture equity. Gelt offers creative financing in the sub- $5MM space up and down the capital stack.
For more than a decade, Miller has been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate investment lifecycle, specializing in multifamily, office, retail, and NNN asset classes. Prior to Gelt, Miller served as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Finance at Pensam Capital, a multifamily investment company based in Miami.
Miller is a renowned industry expert, providing media commentary on the subjects of private equity, investing and lending, for publications like Bloomberg, Commercial Property Executive, Globest.com and more. He is also a frequent moderator and panelist for leading organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Crittenden, IMN and others. He is a current board member on the Gelt Charitable Foundation. Miller is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, with degrees in Business and Real Estate.
Jason Waksman

Jason Waksman is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Gelt Financial where he oversees accounting, finance, human resources, and technology. Jason manages day-to-day lender responsibilities while being heavily involved in loan servicing, new loan originations and managing Gelt’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to Gelt Financial, Jason worked several years in the insurance industry managing the finance and accounting functions for Marsh and McLennan MidAtlantic Region and a mid-size insurance intermediary. Most recently, Jason spent ten years with Chubb, providing Finance support for the global office real estate portfolio in 54 countries with 700+ leases to include site selection analysis on lease renewals with an emphasis on real estate cost savings and lease administration oversight.
In 2020, Jason joined a partnership group to start up a popular and successful franchised museum concept in Chicago and Philadelphia with several other venues in development.
Jason is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University and a master’s degree in finance from LaSalle University.
